Official Rules:

Terms and Conditions of Entry: NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS, RULES AND REGULATIONS APPLY. This sweepstakes, “Dream Wedding Giveaway,” is operated by KXLY-FM The Big 99.9 Coyote Country. The Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Sweepstakes Rules, which shall be deemed to include the specific information outlined in the following sections:
                                                                                                                               

1.                  Contest begins September 15, 2014 and ends October 27, 2014. This contest will be divided into THREE (3) main phases.

·         Phase 1: (9/15/14 to 10/3/14)

·         Serious or engaged couples are invited to submit a written entry (in 600 words or less) sharing their love story and upload a photo of themselves as a couple. To submit entry, please enter online through The Big 99.9 Coyote Country official website. (http://thebig999coyotecountry.com/). All entries must be uploaded and received by October 3, 2014 by 11:59 PM. ONE ENTRY PER COUPLE.

·         Phase 2: (10/6 – 10/12)

·         Once all entries have been received, listeners are encouraged to vote on who they think should win based on the submitted entries. Anyone can vote. To vote, please vote online through The Big 99.9 Country official website. (http:thebig999coyotecountry.com/). All votes must be received by October 12, 2014 by 11:59 PM.

·         Phase 3: (10/17 – 10/27)

·         Based on the submissions highest number of votes, three of the most-voted submissions will be chosen to be part of the top three (3) qualifiers on October 17, 2014. The odds of becoming a qualifier depend on the total number of votes an entry received. One entry per couple. Winner will be contacted by phone or email.

·         The top three (3) qualifiers will then be invited to come on-air October 27, 2014 between 6-10 AM, for a short newlywed game-style contest. The couple whom answers the most correct answers will be selected as the grand prize winner. In the event of a tie, KXLY-FM The Big 99.9 Coyote Country will host a tiebreaker of their choosing. The prize selection process will take place at KXLY Radio Broadcast Group in Spokane, WA (500 W Boone AVE, Spokane, WA 99201) and will be decided after 10:00 am on October 27, 2014, following the conclusion of the newlywed-style game. Participation is required and both members of the “couple” must be present.

2.                  Couple Eligibility Requirements - “Dream Wedding” contest is open to two-person couples, each member of which are:

·         Legal residents of Washington, Idaho, Oregon, or Montana. Contestants must provide valid government issued photo identification.

·          18 years of age or older at time of entry.

·         Engaged or soon to be engaged and are ready to be lawfully married.

·         Legally eligible to marry in the state of which couple currently resides.

·         Currently unmarried.

·         Of good moral character, has never been convicted of a crime of any nature (other than a misdemeanor that did not involve personal injury, drugs, or alcohol), and has nothing to do with a background that may embarrass the sponsor(s), KXLY-FM, or KXLY Radio Group.

·         Willing to comply in full with these Official Rules and /or the other terms and conditions of the Contest.

3.                  Entry Guidelines:

·         Contestants must fully complete the entry form in order to be considered a finalist; winner must provide full name, address, email, phone number and date of birth, a written entry (in 600 words or less), and a photo of themselves as a couple in order to become a qualifier and collect prize(s).

·         One entry per couple. Contestant must be the future bride and groom. No other contestants will be accepted.

·         No mechanically or mass produced entries will be accepted. 

·         Entries must be FCC acceptable, including no use of indecent or obscene material or language.

·         Content should not infringe or violate any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity, or other intellectual property, proprietary, or contractual right of a third part.

·         No defamatory or libelous material or material which discloses private or personal matters concerning any person, without such person’s consent. Any names, materials, or indicia identifying any person, living or dead, without permission.

·         No content or material that is illegal, contains nudity or is sexually explicit, or by law, obscene, profane or pornographic.

·         No misrepresentation or disparaging remarks about the Company or Sponsor or its products, or other people, products or companies.

·         No content which implies or portrays graphic violence excessive use of alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous.

·         All entries must be deemed socially acceptable and in good taste. This is determined by The Big 99.9 Coyote Country and is in the station’s sole discretion.

·         KXLY-FM and the KXLY Radio Broadcast Group and affiliated sponsors are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries.

4. Grand Prize:

A total of ONE (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in this contest. Grand Prize winner will receive a wedding package valued at $13,000. The wedding will take place at any of Glover Mansion and Red Rock Catering’s five event venues. The wedding must be booked and held prior to December 2016, and is subject to availability by ALL vendors. If the wedding date chosen is not available to vendors, then the couple may choose to change their date or forfeit the vendor’s service. Vendors’ services are subject to change. The services provided are at the discretion of vendor and based upon their availability. The location in which weddings are held in the instance of qualifying or consolation prizes are at the discretion of vendor. The venue and wedding time frame is non-negotiable. The Grand Prize Wedding Package is subject to change. Prizes and vendors are subject to change.

Prize Details:

v  GLOVER MANSION AND RED ROCK CATERING INCLUDING THEIR FAMILY OF FIVE BEAUTIFUL EVENT VENUES - (or for space limitations: Glover Mansion)

$10,000 value Diamond Package for up to 150 people including:

1.       Full buffet dinner with passed hors d'oeuvres

2.       1 hour hosted bar including beer and wine

3.       Wedding cake from Just American Desserts

4.       A champagne toast for your guests

5.       A pair of engraved champagne flutes

6.       Wedding will be provided at one of the following venues: Glover Mansion,   Chateau Rive, Shriners Event Facility, Spokane Valley Event Center, or Center Place at first available date.

Details:

o   Wedding must be booked and held prior to December 2016.

o   Contestants are eligible to participate even if you have already booked your event at the Glover Mansion or any of Red Rock Catering's 5 event venues.

o   Once contest winner has chosen and booked their date at any one of the five venues, that date cannot be changed or moved.

o   Contestant’s wedding is subject to space limitations of their selected venue. The wedding may NOT exceed venue capacity.

v  Cameo Bridal - $1500 certificate for a bridal gown – Coeur d’Alene.

v  Clark's Diamond Jewelers in beautiful downtown Coeur d'Alene - $1,500 gift certificate.

·         All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the KXLY office (500 W Boone – Spokane, WA). Any prize or prize certificate not claimed within thirty (90) days of winning will be automatically forfeited by the winner. The KXLY Radio Group, KXLY-FM, and included sponsors are not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.

·         Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. No substitutes of prize will be permitted.

·         Prizes are subject to the policies and procedures of the vendor’s business. Failure to comply with the vendor’s policies and procedures may include the forfeit of said prize.

·         Prizes are limited solely to those items explicitly set forth herein and shall not include any and all other expenses, incidentals or taxes that may arise out of the winner’s receipt of this prize.

·         Prizes will be awarded as is, with no written or express warranty.

Wedding Giveaway Finalist Prize:

·         The two (2) runner-ups of the newlywed-style game will receive a $250 Gift Certificate to GLOVER MANSION AND RED ROCK CATERING INCLUDING THEIR FAMILY OF FIVE BEAUTIFUL EVENT VENUES.

·         Grand Prize winner is not eligible for this prize.

·       

5.                  Employees, interns, and independent contractors of KXLY-FM, the KXLY Radio Broadcast Group, affiliated sponsors, and employee affiliates and their immediate families and significant others or employees of participating trades are not eligible to enter or participate in the use or enjoyment of any prize.

6.                  Selected winners must be at least 18 years of age as of September 15, 2014. Winners must reside within the designated market. All entrants must be a legal resident of the state of Washington, Idaho, Oregon or Montana. If the winning entrant is found to be live outside the specific region they will subsequently be disqualified and a new winner will be chosen. Non-compliance with rules may result in disqualification.

7.                  KXLY-FM The Big 99.9 Coyote Country, the KXLY Radio Broadcast Group and affiliated sponsors are not liable for the failure of any third-party prizes.   KXLY-FM (an affiliate of the KXLY Radio Broadcast Group) also reserves the right to not award 3rd party prizes to contestants who have, in KXLY-FM sole judgment, failed to comply with terms of previous contests run by KXLY-FM.

8.                  Winner is responsible for all local, state, and federal applicable taxes, meals, all gratuities and incidental expenses arising from this contest. Only one winner per web contest per calendar year.

9.                  By participating in this contest, contestants grant KXLY-FM The Big 99.9 Coyote Country permission and the right to publicize and/or broadcast contestants name, character, likeness, voice, and fact that he/she has participated in or won a KXLY-FM contest without any additional compensation.

10.              Decisions of KXLY-FM judges are final.

11.              By accepting any prize, winner releases KXLY-FM from any and all liabilities associated with said prize.

12.              By participating in this contest, each entrant unconditionally agrees to abide by these rules. KXLY-FM reserves the right to change the rules or discontinue the contest at any time without notice.
