1. Enter to win at KXLY.COM. Contest begins 01/12/2015. The entrant with the most votes by midnight on 3/31/2015 will be the grand prize winner. Winner does not need to be present to win.

2. To enter: Contestants must enter a photo of themselves with their trophy at KXLY.COM. 
 

3. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be contacted at the end of the contest. The Grand Prize winner will be contacted via phone or email from a KXLY station employee on April 1st, 2015.

4. Grand Prize winners must pick up his or her prize from the KXLY Front Desk no later than 5pm, April 30, 2015. Winner is responsible for transportation of the grand prize. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to the KXLY Broadcast Group and not to Facebook. The information you provide is used to document the "claiming of the prize(s)" during KXLY's verification process unless you opt in to receiver further KXLY Broadcast Group email notifications. Prize(s) may be claimed at the KXLY Broadcast Group front desk, 500 West Boone Avenue, Spokane, WA 99201 during normal business hours. Identification may be required.

5. 7. You must be 18 years or older, a legal U.S. resident, and a resident of the state of Washington or Idaho to be eligible to win.

By participating in this contest, contestants grant KXLY Broadcast Group and their affiliated companies, and associated sponsors, permission and the right to publicize and/or broadcast contestants name, picture, character, likeness, voice, and fact that he/she has participated in or won a KXLY Broadcast Group contest, without any additional compensation.

12. Decision of KXLY Broadcast Group judges are final. The winner will be selected based on how many votes their photo submission receives. In the event of a tie, the winner will be selected at random by KXLY Broadcast Group judges.

13. By accepting any prize, winner releases KXLY Broadcast Group and their affiliated companies, from any and all liabilities associated with or arising in any way from said prize.

14. KXLY Broadcast Group reserves the right to change the rules and/or discontinue the contest at any time without notice.

15. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Automated voting of any kind is not allowed. Detection of said automated voting will lead to votes being voided. Voting is limited to once per day per round. Detection of multiple voting will lead to votes being voided.

16. Only one registered account per voter. If multiple accounts are detected for a single voter, they will be disabled and votes disqualified.

17. Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.
